Maximum Investment: $100,000,000 USD / GBP / EUR (Projects requiring capital exceeding the maximum may be considered for syndication.)

Our primary markets include North America, while our secondary markets extend to South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and select high-growth metropolitan areas globally. We do not fund projects in some countries, such as Iran, Cuba, South Sudan, and North Korea
