We are currently deploying capital for Q3/Q4. If your project fits our criteria, we can move from term sheet to funding in as little as 18 days.

We deal in specifics. Ambiguity kills deals. Our current lending window is strictly defined as follows:

  • Minimum Funding Amount: $2,500,000.00 USD

  • Maximum Funding Amount: $200,000,000.00 USD

  • Funding Duration: 12 Months to 60 Months+

  • Interest Structure: 3 to 8% per annum or semi-annually

  • Decision Timeline: 10 Business Days for Initial Approval

Geographic Focus

We currently deploy capital in the following regions:

  • Our primary markets include North America, while our secondary markets extend to South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and select high-growth metropolitan areas globally. We do not fund projects in some countries, such as Iran, Cuba, South Sudan, and North Korea
